I haven't posted much lately on my blog. Sorry about that. I have been writing and doing research, though. I started writing a novel a few years ago, and set it aside when my mother got really sick. It took me awhile after she passed away to redirect my thoughts to the book, but I'm able to do that now.
There aren't enough hours in the day, are there? I work a full-time job, and want to be quilting AND writing in my non-work time. How do you do both?

It almost sounds like you need to schedule your time! Allow an hour or two here or there for writing and/or quilting.

Karen, what kind of book are you writing? I'm ask because I'm a former RWA member.
ReplyDeleteI don't dishes does that help? I have a kid to do them and when he moves out the husband will do them. Plus I'm lucky my husband is happy with simple meals and I don't have to cook a lot. Even with that it is hard to do all I want. I also must keep that full time job. I sure do enjoy living in doors and eating.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your writing.
You need a secretary so you can dictate your book, while quilting...there you go!
